Returns & Refunds

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt, while claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Valid claims, particularly those regarding errors on our part, are covered with a free replacement or refund.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, please email hello@greaterhoneycomb.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item for a fast resolution.

Buyer’s Remorse & Sizing Issues

Because items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the detailed size charts on our product pages before ordering.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed status are subject to reshipment costs.
